Rodney Eugene Dinkel

Rodney Dinkel passed away Tuesday. Rodney was a Mechanical Engineer for over 30 years, most recently at ULA. Rodney is preceded in death by his father, John Florian Dinkel; sister, Debra Dinkel Ochoa. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Williams Dinkel; sons, Daniel Doward Williams (Andrea), Brownsboro, Al.; Alex C. Dinkel (Lynn), Decatur, Al.; John Curtis Dinkel, Huntsville, Al.; daughter Katelyn E. Dinkel, Huntsville, Al.; mother, Carol Vogts Dinkel, Huntsville, Al.; sister, Marsha Dinkel Jones, Huntsville, Al.; brother-in-law Pete Ochoa, San Antonio, Tx.; grandchildren Lawson Williams; Nate Williams; and Georgia Grace Dinkel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00am and a Memorial Service will follow at 11:00am.
