Jackson Dale Rumley

Jackson Rumley age 21 passed away on Thursday January 10, 2019, in Bartow County Georgia.

Jackson Dale Rumley was born on November 26, 1997, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville Alabama. Growing up in Madison, Jackson played football, basketball, baseball, participated in dance, art, music, karate, and theatre. Jackson played baseball at Liberty Middle School and was the all-county catcher. He was also named Defensive Lineman of the year while at Liberty Middle School. Jackson attended Bob Jones High School graduating in 2016. He was a catcher for the Bob Jones Baseball Team all four years. After High School Jackson attended Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro Tennessee studying Mechatronics Engineering. He was a brother of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. Jackson was also currently involved in a team building a sumo bot that will compete in the spring.

Jackson Rumley is survived by his Parents, Mike and Amy Rumley, his Sister, Dayle Rumley, his Grandparents, Phil and Billie Sprinkle, his Nannie, Joan Rumley, his Aunts, Pam Jefferson, Jodi Bishop, Koren Sprinkle, Rhonda Rumley his Uncles, Jon Rumley, Cliff Rumley, Lyle Sprinkle his Great Aunts Faye Owen, Merinda DeHart, Kim Owen his Great Uncles Kerry Owen, Tommy Ellis, and his Cousins, Gannon Sprinkle, Ella Bishop, Theora Sprinkle, Olivia Bishop, Sophia Bishop, Xandi Rumley and Aaliyah Rumley.

Jackson Rumley’s visitation will be on Tuesday January 15, 2019, from 12-3 at the Legacy Chapel on Hughes Road Madison Alabama with the service to follow at 3pm.
