Barbara is survived by her husband, John W Foster; sister, Rosemary A Pisano; daughters, Patricia Suiter, Carolynn O’Neill, Doreen Coleman; her son James O’Neill and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was loved and will be missed by many people.
