Emily Alexis Sweazy

Emily Alexis Sweazy, 17, of Madison, AL, passed away June 7, 2019, at her home.

Emily was born in Topeka, KS, on January 23, 2002. She loved singing, writing and listening to music, acting, comedy, Disney movies, manga, and her friends and family. 

She is survived by her parents, Richard Sweazy Jr. and Ella Sweazy; her sister, Dana Sweazy, and nephew, Ivan; her brother, Alexander Sweazy; her grandparents, Richard and Amy Sweazy, Delbert Siemers, and Chong Routh; her uncles, Sky (Karen) Siemers and Aaron (Kelle) Sweazy; and her aunt, Anna (Bryan) Fox.

Visitation will be held at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home in Madison, AL. on Thursday June 13th from 1:00PM-3:00PM and a Funeral Service will follow at 3:00pm.

A family visitation will also be held at Charles B Jarvie Funeral Home in Springdale, PA, from be 3:00-5:00 PM Sunday, June 16th.
