Russell E. Carter, 73, of Madison, Alabama passed away Wednesday July 10, 2019. He is survived by his wife Glenna Carter, daughter Melinda Mitchell (Jerry), son Rusty Carter (Lisa), grandchildren Kaya, Annali, and Cary Lee, one brother Larry Carter (Dora), and one sister-in-law Rhonda Barber (Richard). Russell is proceeded in death by one granddaughter Madison Mitchell, two sisters Joann Doss, and Gay Anderson, and two brothers Jack Coffman and Ray Coffman. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
