Jose A. Zayas, 36, tic-toc stopped Thursday, October 8, 2019 doing what he loved (riding his bike). He lived, loved, and laughed every tic-toc of his life. He was loved by his loving wife, Kenia M Velazquez, his parents Delia Cruz and Jose A. Zayas, his sisters Anna Zayas and Delineliz Zayas, his nieces Saryneliz and Janeliz, his nephews Luisito and Devier, and all other family members and many many friends.
