Edith Knallay

Edith Knallay, 80, of Madison, Alabama passed away on Tuesday the 21^st of April peacefully at her Home. Edith was born in Kaiserslautern, Germany on October 04, 1939. Edith was married to Herbert Knallay on April 02, 1959;  they were married for 61 years.

Edith devoted her life to her husband and to her family.  Her greatest joys in life were  finding true love in her family and spending time with her friends. Edith worked as a secretary for SEA Wire & Cable Inc. for 19 years.  She lived a life of faith and was actively involved in the Church of the Nazarene.

Edith is survived by her husband, Herbert Knallay, her two sons, Joseph and William Knallay, her three grandchildren, Joshua, Janae, and Isaac, and her younger brother, Rudolph Kallmayer.

Edith is preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Josephine Kallmayer, and her aunt, Luise Knieriemen.
