Buddy Christian

Our father left this earth for his heavenly home on August 28, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Billie Ruth; parents, H.B. and Sally; two sons, Charlie and Joe Lanny; two sisters, Beacher Mae Colbert and Malaysia Holman; and one brother, Melvin Christian.

He is survived by his children, Linda Weaver (Andy) and Bobby Christian. He has five grandchildren, Luke, Alan (Jessica), Matthew, Lauren (Tinna), and Mindi (Billy). He has six great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brayden, Colton, Gracie, Charlie, and Jacob. He has six surviving sisters, Sylvia Brazler, Rachel Wales, Lerrie Bowden, Ona Bowden, Virgie Bowden, and Vollie Christian. He has several nieces and nephews.

He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and brother to his family. His life was farming. He loved to see the fields produce their products. After farming he worked with Madison County until he retired. He will be missed very much. We hope there is grass to mow when he gets to heaven; his passion.We will miss his life stories about his growing up years. He always had a good joke or story to tell. God blessed this family the day he was born. There never will be another man as our dad, brother, and Paw Paw.

A special thank you to his Hospice Nurse, LaShanda Houston, she is the best nurse. She showed love and really cared for Dad- God Bless Her.
