Launa Bryant Raspilair

Launa Bryant Raspilair of Somerville, Alabama, was born March 12, 1959, in McDowell, Kentucky, to Juanita Caudill and the late Homer Tackett.

            December 26, 2021, we lost an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and friend with a heart twice her size.

            She is and will continuously be loved and missed by her husband, David Laurin Raspilair, her mom and dad, Juanita and the late Ed Caudill, Moth-in-law, Emilyann and her late husband, Howard Marcel Raspilair. Her children, Leslie (Earl) Graves, Raymond (Chasity) Bryant, and Joseph Raspilair. Her grandchildren, Landon (Auna) Slone, Sabrina (Charlie) Crowley, Kristy (Eric) Whitehead, Nicholas (Elizabeth) Bryant, and Emalee Bryant. Her great-Grandchildren, Annaleigh Slone, Andrea Slone, Alexander Slone, Liam Slone, Preston Slone, Elizybeth Crowley, Dixie Whitehead, Phoenix Whitehead, and Jaxon Whitehead. Her siblings, Yvonne (Gary) Flatter, Kathy (Bill) Jarrell, Glenda (Glenn) Throwbridge, the late Erlin Randall Crum, Felisha (Atha) Johnson, Stevie (Tammy) Caudill, John (Linda) Caudill, Stoney (Tammy) Caudill, Sherry (Leonard) Ferguson, Lynn (Earl) Hughes.

            A funeral will not be held, but a celebration of life will follow May 21, 2022, on her wedding anniversary to honor this loving woman.
