Joseph John Sztenderowicz, 5/26/1940 to 1/15/2022, of Madison, Alabama (formally of Fremont, California) born and raised in Phila. PA where he married his love and best friend, Lorraine. Together they raised 10 children.
Survived by son David husband of Midge, son Harry husband of Lori, son Joseph Jr. husband of Helen, son Matthew husband of Kelly, daughter Lillian wife of Mike, daughter Teffany, daughter Louise wife of Dean, son Jeff husband of Amy, son John wife of Patti, daughter Sandra. Grandchildren David, Steven, Peter, Anna, Sara, Carl, Suzie, Laura, Danny, Heather, Matthew, Michael, John III, Madeline, Joseph, Jacob, Lillian, Lexie, Emily, John, Blake, Aaron, Beau, and Brody.
Joe stared his career as an Electrical Inspector for the City of Phila. before retiring from Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, Alabama. Joe made many friends through the years and would have a conversation with anyone about anything. He enjoyed many years teaching his children and grandchildren to hunt and fix anything that was broken or a house that needed to be built. Joe enjoyed laughing and playing Yatzee with his wife Lorraine a nightly tradition they enjoyed. Along with being Mr. Fix it he was the real MacGyver. Joe will be dearly missed and now is an Angel watching over all of us. A mass will be Thursday January 20, 2022, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 1055 Hughes Road Madison, Al 35758. Visitation 10:00 to 11:00 with a mass following. His final resting place will be in Potter County, PA.
