Patricia(Tricia) Grace Banks, resident of Madison, Alabama for the last 29 years passed away unexpectedly April 3, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital.
She was born June 12, 1954 at Craig Air Force Base in Selma, Alabama to parents Jean Lee and Robert Lee(Stella), who have both preceded her in death. Tricia was an avid learner in her youth and carried that into adulthood, always up for an adventure. She graduated Austin High School in 1972. She attended Judson College and graduated from Athens State University, attaining degrees in Biology and Medical Technology, concentrated as a Specialist in Blood Banking (MT, SBB). She also trained and worked at the Southeastern Blood Center in New Orleans. She stayed in the medical field her entire career, recently retiring to enjoy time with her three grand babies who she cherished dearly. She loved to go to new places which probably stemmed from her childhood in the Air Force being stationed overseas and in the US. She was the best mother and grandma. She loved fiercely and did her best to be at every recital, performance, Girl Scout meeting, band competition, ball game and school performance; she was always the loudest voice in the crowd. Words cannot describe how greatly she will be missed.
She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Banks and Heather Wilkinson(Chase); grandkids: Addison Kate, Brandon David and Elizabeth Grace. Her Brother, Nick Lee(Gina) and Sister, Julie Marrero(Mark); Nieces and Nephews and many others who she loved so much.
