God has taken Max George Dunkerley home. Max was a man of impeccable character, boundless love for his friends and family, and unwavering faith in God.
Max Dunkerley, 41, of Madison passed unexpectedly on 6/30/2022 on the island of Exuma in the Bahamas.
Max was born on 7/30/1980 in Bristol, Connecticut, but lived most of his life in the Huntsville area. After graduating from Bob Jones High School in 1999, he attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and was finishing his Doctor of Computer Science from Colorado Technical University at the time of his passing.
Always quick with a kind word, sound advice, moral support, or an eye rolling dad joke, Max was a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Kylie Dunkerley, and five children - Lauren, Max, Maycie, Jillian, and Emsley.
Max is also survived by his parents, Margarita & Brad Dunkerley, Sr., grandmother, Santa Lebron, brother Brad Jr. (Rachel), and their sons Jack, Vincent, and Logan.
He was also a caring and fun-loving spirit with his friends and church community and an invaluable mentor with his coworkers. Max had a servant’s heart and it brought him great joy to help others. He will be dearly missed by all.
