Born April 6, 1948 to Beatrice Pedace and Calvin Cobb in Norwich, Ct. She was a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and married her husband of 52 years, David Campbell, while he was stationed at the Submarine Base in Groton, Ct. She served faithfully as a military wife through 29 years of her husband’s service until his retirement in Washington D.C. She traveled and lived many places with her husband David and their children and finally settled in Madison, Alabama two years ago. She was active in her local Catholic parish wherever she lived and was stationed. She substituted for many years in Paducah, Kentucky where she had many friends. She has many friends scattered across many states and years who she loved and will miss her.
She was an amazing baker and cook. “There’s always room for dessert” was her motto and she never failed to produce meals or desserts that made you feel loved. She was creative in many ways. She baked special birthday cakes for her children over the years that will never be forgotten. She loved TJ Maxx. She loved reading. She was a devoted Catholic.
She is survived by her husband, David Campbell, daughters Lauren Kovacs (husband Kris), Maresa Campbell Huber (husband David Huber), Gretchen Willett (husband David Willett) & Jonathan Campbell (wife Rebekah Campbell), grandchildren, Aiden Kovacs, Wesley Kovacs, Ben Kovacs, Angelique Huber, Noah Huber, Jonathan Willett, Lily Willett, Madeline Willett, Coraline Campbell, Charleigh Campbell, sisters Sandy Cobb, Jill Cobb, and brother Calvin Cobb Jr.
A visitation will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Hughes Road, August 26, 2022, at 11A.M. The mass will follow at 12P.M. Inurnment of the cremains will follow the mass at St John the Baptist Catholic Church Columbarium.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of Friends, Inc.
