Caitlen Page Perez

Caitlen Samples-Perez, 22, of Harvest, Alabama, passed away November 5, 2025. She was born in Huntsville, Alabama. She married AJ Perez, her high school sweetheart, on November 2, 2024. The couple just celebrated their first anniversary.

She was a caring person who was kind, loyal, and passionate. She loved her family, friends, and her two dogs, Chi Chi and Sadie. Caitlen was a 2022 graduate of Madison County Virtual Academy and was enrolled in the nursing program at Calhoun Community College.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Joseph “AJ” Perez III; mother, Carol Samples; grandmother, Carol Page; parents-in-law, Andy and Tara Perez; brother-in-law, Aidan; aunt, Shannon (James) Knight; uncles, Kevin Page, Mike Anderson, Scott Page; cousin, Amber (Wes) McLemore; and a host of other cousins and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Samples.

Family and friends will be received on November 9, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Ferguson officiating.
