Geraldine Irene Howard

Born on September 14, 1940, Geraldine Howard was preceded in death by her first husband, Frederick Howard. Later in life, she was blessed to share love and companionship with her devoted spouse, Gary Garrison, with whom she built a life filled with faith, laughter, and family. A founding member of Skyline Baptist Church, Geri was deeply committed to her faith and community. Her vision and dedication helped shape the church’s foundation, and her presence was a source of strength and grace to all who worshipped alongside her. For over 30 years, Geri served as a Weight Watchers counselor, inspiring countless individuals with her compassion, encouragement, and unwavering belief in the power of transformation. Her work touched many lives—she was a mentor, a cheerleader, and a friend. She is survived by her children (and spouses): Donnie Howard (Guem Hee Kim), Sharon Lee (Jonathan), Debbie Stone (Jim), and David Howard (Alanna); nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy. Her legacy lives on in the love she poured into her family and the many lives she uplifted through her faith and service. Her life was a beautiful testament to faith, resilience, and love. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
