Imogene Delta Hiter

Imogene Delta Hiter, 74, of Athens, Alabama passed away February 14, 2026.
She was formerly from Casey County, Kentucky and was a member of Skyline Baptist Church. Imogene is survived by her spouse Don Hiter and daughter Tina Halcomb (Will), with three grandchildren: Katherine, Matthew and Emma. She is also survived by her brother Jim Patton (Faye) of Liberty, KY and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Welby and Maxine Patton; sisters, Merilene Coffman and Geraldine Asberry; brothers: Johnnie Patton and Donald Patton. 
Services will take place Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home in Madison, Alabama. Visitation will take place at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM with Brother Billy Hewitt officiating.
