Jane Hawley Pattinson

Jane Hawley Pattinson passed away February 3, 2026. Jane was a lifelong teacher, working in the Grosse Pointe Michigan school system for over 25 years. She continued her lifelong love of teaching after moving to Alabama by assisting the homeschool instruction of her grandchildren. Jane is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Barrett, her son Michael Barrett (Linda), and her daughter-in-law Kelly O’Donnell (John C. P. Barrett) and numerous grandchildren. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, George R. Pattinson and her son, John C. P. Barrett.
