Karen Lee Babst

Karen Lee Babst, 73, of Madison, AL, passed away February 17th, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. 

Karen will be remembered as a strong willed, crafty, and caring woman. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed crafting while sitting next to her puppies and watching sci-fi films.

Karen is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Thomas Babst. She is survived by her son, Thomas Babst; daughter, Kelley Babst; grandchildren, Harley Babst and Max Babst; mother, Hazel Hamilton; siblings, Gayle, Michela, and Ernie.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 23, 2023, from 6:00-7:00pm at Legacy Chapel Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 7pm.
