Mary Jane Aguon Rodriguez

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Jane Rodriguez, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mary returned home to the lord on August 28, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on February 11, 1961, she lived a life full of love, purpose, and adventure.

Mary was a proud U.S. Army veteran and carried a sense of duty and discipline throughout her life. She was the heart of her family, a loving wife to her husband of 37 years, Edwin Rodriguez, and an incredible mother to their children: Nelson Rodriguez, Monique Blanco, and Jewels Rodriguez. Her nurturing spirit extended to her godchild, Amber Nuncio.

An adventurer at heart, Mary loved exploring the world with her family. But her greatest joy came from watching her family grow. She was a doting grandmother to Nelson Rodrigues, Arsyn Rodrigues, Leilani Rodriguez, Alejandro Blanco-Rodriguez, Dominick Blanco, and Edwin Kuiil Rodriguez-Bias, and a proud great-grandmother to Julian Rodrigues, Isabella Rodrigues, Romeo May-Bolden, Jessenia Jane Fletcher, and Mateo Perez Fletcher. Mary's love and wisdom also touched her siblings, Vivian Santiago, Vicente Tainatongo, Yenning Kennedy, Michael Tainatongo, Leilani Tainatongo-Downing, and Rocky Tainatongo.

Mary had an enlightening spirit that inspired everyone she met. She was a constant source of encouragement, always pushing people to be the best version of themselves. Her amazing kindness, unwavering support, and beautiful soul will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
