Michael Herbert Prewitt

Michael Herbert Prewitt passed away June 8, 2023, at Madison Manor in Madison, AL from complications from chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).  He was born October 21, 1957, in Clarksdale, Mississippi to the late Martha Sue Good Prewitt and Thomas Loyd Prewitt. Mike worked many years in retail sales of snack food products in Clarksdale, MS and later when he moved to Lilburn, GA in 2000. He retired for Frito Lay in 2017 and relocated to Madison, AL. He was a member of the Madison Church of Christ. Mike enjoyed helping others and worked as a volunteer with Inside-Out Ministries.  Mike enjoyed listening to music and was an avid Ole Miss football fan. 

He is survived by his brother Thomas Stephen Prewitt and wife Terry who live in Nashville, TN and his nephew Thomas Conner Prewitt and his wife, Melanie and a grand-nephew Thomas in Annandale, VA.
