Reba Ruth White Reynolds

Reba Ruth White Reynolds was born on August 23, 1933. She grew up in Starkville, Mississippi. She met her husband, John Reynolds, at Mississippi State University while he was a student and she was a secretary there. Mrs. Reynolds loved the Lord with all her heart and always sought to teach her children to live for Jesus. Throughout her adult life she was active in the Women’s Missionary Union of her church and was always doing things to serve others. She attended Highlands Baptist Church of Huntsville for many years and most recently was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Madison. 

 She was preceded in death by her husband, John Reynolds and her daughter-in-law Nancy Reynolds. She is survived by her children, Charles Reynolds of Covington, GA, Richard Reynolds, of Athens, AL, and Katheron Reynolds Latham (Chad) of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jonathan Reynolds (Shannon) of Pineville, LA, Benjamin Reynolds, of Covington, GA, Rebecca Reynolds Wooten (Ray) of Arab, AL, Reed Reynolds (Amber) of Athens, AL, Logan Latham (Yahna), Riley Latham, and Sarah Katheron Latham, all of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

 In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home, 2681 Rocky Ridge Lane, Birmingham, AL 35216.

 There will be a private graveside service for family and friends. Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home of Madison, AL.
