Victoria Mae Fraser, beloved wife, mother, sister, and nurse, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, on January 30, 1973, she was the cherished daughter of James Charles Phillips and Jacklyn Lee Rowell.

Victoria graduated with an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Kent State University on May 13, 2006. She married Alfred Fraser Jr. on August 26, 2020, and devoted over 19 years to her career as a Registered Nurse. The last five years of her service were spent at Hospital RCU, where she found a second home on the 5th Floor, surrounded by colleagues she deeply admired and considered family.

She was predeceased by her father, James Charles Phillips, and is survived by her loving mother, Jacklyn Rivera of Nebraska City, Nebraska; Sister Carla Thomas, her children Augustine Phillips and wife Haley of Huntsville, Alabama; Eli Phillips and wife Ashley of Harvest; Cenorina Ortiz-Phillips of Athens; Isaiah Phillips-Davis of Athens; stepsons Brian Fraser of Rogers, Arkansas; Patrick Fraser of Norman, Oklahoma; and Alfred Fraser III and wife Corey of Wellington, Texas; and stepdaughters Stephanie Lorrey and husband Michael of Athens, Alabama, and Samantha Fraser of Sanford, Florida. Victoria is also survived by her sister Karla; step-brother, Jeremy Phillips of Lucasville, OH; and thirteen grandchildren: Skyler Long, Kaci Long, Layni Skinner, Tanner Lucero, Natalee Fraser, Liv Fraser, Lucas Lorrey, Christine Lorrey, Kylie Lorrey, Wyatt Fraser, Penelope Fraser, Maeve Fraser, and Addison Fraser.

A devoted member of the OCR Church of Christ and most recently Madison Church of Christ, Victoria generously gave back to her community as a SoFar mentor and motivational speaker in support of Christian Women’s Job Corps.
